Step 2: How To Secure Your Reservation
To confirm a booking, reservations must be made in writing and guaranteed by a non-refundable Advance Payment of one night's stay based on the agreed rate.

Type 1 : Non Seaview Unit - RM320 per night

Type 2 : Seaview Unit - RM350 per night

*** Apartment / Unit charges are vary and based on owner discretion. Call us to confirm the charges.

Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT
We accept all payments by :-
1 - BANK-IN cash or cheque payments. (Please call us before you made your payment, this is to confirm your booking and availability of our apartments)
2 - CHEQUES will not be accepted as payment for accommodation unless banked and cleared at least 7 days prior to arrival as a pre-paid deposit.
3 - Full settlement of nights booked prior to stay is required.
4 - Advance Payment of one night's stay received to guarantee your reservation, once received is not refundable.
CANCELLATION OR “NO SHOW” POLICY for "CANCELLATION" less than 72 hours notice OR "NO SHOW", the reservation deposit paid is not refundable.

Hotel Apartment Policies

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
All personal belongings such as luggage, vehicles and other property belonging to the guest(s) shall be the risk of the guest at all times and neither the property owners accept any loss or damage thereto.

OUR UNITS
Check-In Time: 1400HRS, unless by prior arrangement. Early check-in may be available but not guaranteed.

Check-Out Time: 1200HRS, Should you wish to extend your stay, please contact us to confirm for availability. A late check-out fee of RM30 per hour will be charge. Check-in/out after 12midnight and before 7am need to be arranged.

1 Master Bedroom, King size bed with attached bathroom
2nd Bedroom, Queen size bed
3rd Bedroom, 2 Single size beds
1 Bathroom

OTHERS
By booking and staying with us, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and your group members during your stay. The accommodation provider reserves the right at any time to terminate your stay or that of any member of your group due to your prior misconduct. Full cancellation charges will apply and no refund will be given. Neither the owners of the property shall be under any obligation whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses that may occur as a result of your stay being terminated. If you or that of you group member staying with us cause damage to the property, you must fully reimburse us for the cost of damage before you end your stay. You must also indemnify us against any claim made against us as a result.
Variation to these terms and conditions may apply during peak periods at the discretion of the property owner for these apartments.
